Once an offer has been accepted, a Memo of Sale is forwarded by Devlin McNiff Halstead Property Real Estate to both your attorney (who will draw up the contract of sale) and the buyer's attorney. |

Contract signed by buyer first, and then seller, and returned with 10% down payment, which is held in escrow by your attorney. |
